The R&D activities carried out at the CNIC frequently result in the establishment of collaborations with other institutions, in both the public and private sectors. These collaborations take the form of collaboration agreements, research contracts, or shared participation in projects financed by third parties. Among others, the CNIC participates with private companies and other public research centers in projects financed by the Spanish Government and in projects supported by the European Union Framework Programmes.
