Human resources management
The Human Resources department establishes and applies a competitive remuneration policy, in line with the CNIC’s aspirations to scientific excellence.
This is helped by the Center being constituted as a Foundation, which gives the CNIC significant independence in determining salary scales and social benefits packages.
The department is also responsible for the General Services and the Center’s health and safety at work policy, including risk prevention in relation to biosecurity and radioprotection.
