He is a graduate in Biotechnology from the University of Granada (4th promotion, 2017-2021). During his undergraduate studies, he gained experience in the Complex Traits Genetics laboratory, under the supervision of Dr. Francisco David Carmona López, from the Biomedical Research Center of the University of Granada. After that, she received a grant from the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) to carry out a research project on the transcriptomic analysis of glioblastoma multiforme in the Hereditary Cancer laboratory of the University of Salamanca-Institute of Biomedical Research of Salamanca, under the supervision of Dr. Rogelio Gonzalez Sarmiento. He continued his training in the same laboratory, carrying out the Master's Thesis on "New approaches for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme" in the framework of the Master in Biology and Cancer Clinic of the University of Salamanca during the academic year 2021-2022, being also beneficiary of a collaboration grant in the Department of Medicine of the University of Salamanca. At the end of the master's degree he was awarded a CICERONE grant in the Cardiac Arrhytmia group under the guidance of Dr. José Jalife Sacal at the National Center for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC). The positive evaluation of this grant has allowed him to join the group as a trainee researcher, focusing on the transcriptomic analysis of atrial fibrillation.
