The selected researcher will be responsible for the analysis of genotyping and DNA sequencing data generated in the project using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies. This includes bioinformatic analysis of sequencing data, curation of somatic genetic variants associated with clonal hematopoiesis, and statistical analysis of their relationship with the development of inflammatory myocardial disease.

Mandatpry Requirements:

  1. PhD degree in a scientific field related to life sciences or biomedical research.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of previous experience in research laboratories (2 years and 8 months for disabled people greater than 66% and 3 years and 4 months for disabled people greater than 33%).
