Isabel Martínez Carrascoso


After graduating in 2010 in Biochemistry at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, she began as technician in the laboratory of Dr. José María Izquierdo at the CBMSO. In 2012, she joined the laboratory of Functional Genetics of the Oxidative Phosphorylation System of Dr. José Antonio Enríquez at the CNIC. During this period, she obtained in 2016 the master’s degree in Innovation in Biomedical Sciences and Health at the Universidad de León.

Currently, she works in the laboratory of Molecular Cardiology at the CNIC under the supervision of Dr. Silvia Priori.
