Legal

The Legal Department  is responsible for the adequate applications of  laws and regulations, the Code of Ethics and Good Governance, The Code of Good Scientific Practises and the Equality Plan. The department deals with legal aspects related to CNIC activities in different fields as public contracts, labour law, intellectual property, national and international agreements, data protection regulations, equality and non-discrimination, transparency,  general budget laws and public sector regulations.
