    NEJM: Major international study confirms that beta-blockers are no longer needed in post-infarction patients with normal heart function

    The study, published in The New England Journal of Medicine, shows that beta-blockers do not reduce mortality, recurrent infarction, or heart failure in post-infarction patients with normal cardiac function
