    Nothing is better for cardiovascular health than practising what you preach.

    That’s why a group of investigators from the  Spanish National Centre for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC) participated in the 14thCarrera Popular del Corazón fun run organised by the Spanish Heart Foundation.

    Promoting cardiovascular health with this type of initiative is a great idea as it makes the whole community aware of the concept of heart health.
